Entries Open:  Monday, February 26 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.  Entries will close on May 3 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.

Lottery:  If necessary, a lottery will be held on Monday, March 4 with the initial wave of entries closing that day at 5:00 p.m. EDT.  Exempt players must register prior to the Monday, March 4 initial deadline to guarantee their spot in the event.  If a lottery is not needed, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility:  Entries are open to all members of the Society of Seniors.  Guests may be permitted on a Committee approved basis if space allows.

Format:  84 players maximum.  54 Holes of stroke play over three days.

Playing Divisions:  One overall division, one set of tees – open to all ages

Entry Fee:  $770 per member (includes four rounds of golf w/carts, practice facilities, prize fund of $100/pp, tee gift, and three meals plus welcome reception)

Exemptions:  Top 15 of 2023 Dale Morey Championship as well as the 2023 Players of the Year.

Format:  54 Holes of Individual Stroke Play, One set of tee markers (6,500-6,700 yards), one overall division.

Optional Practice Rounds:  Players are offered early practice rounds at a rate of $65 including cart. Please contact head professional Ryan Vance and his team in the golf shop at 919-620-8184. Players can call one week in advance after 1:00 for weekday tee times. For weekends, please contact the club on the Wednesday prior after 1:00.  Tee times will be based on availability during the week and after 1:00 on weekends.  Practice rounds are for players only.

Sunday, May 19:  Tournament Registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. Please register to pick up your tee gift.  Practice facilities will be open.

Practice round will be a 1:00 Shotgun Start in foursomes. Buffet lunch included in entry fee will start at 11:15 a.m.

Welcome Reception:  Sunday early evening following Practice Round. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.

Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, May 20-22:   Tournament rounds will be an 8:00 a.m. start from the 1st tee only in threesomes.

Refund Policy:  Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled.  If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee.  Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
