Entries Open: Wednesday, December 6 at 9:00 a.m. EST. If necessary, a lottery will be held with the initial wave of entries closing on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at 5:00 p.m. EST
Lottery Details: If an event is sold out in the first week of entries being open, a lottery shall take place after the close of the initial window of entries opening (one week). Exempt players must file an entry during the first week of entries being open to guarantee their spot in the field. If a lottery is needed and the event is oversold, a wait list will also be established via the lottery system. If the event is not sold out during the first week of entries being open, entries will then be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Entries Close: Monday, January 29 at 5:00 p.m. EST
Eligibility: Open to all members of the Society of Seniors
Format: 84 Players maximum, 54-holes individual stroke play
Entry Fee: $1100 per member. Entry fee covers: Practice Round, Three tournament rounds, all cart fees and range balls, select meals, player tee gift, and pro shop prize fund.
Playing Divisions: Senior (55-64), Super Senior (65+), Legend (70-74), and Grand Master (75+)
Proposed Yardages:
Senior: ~6600 yards
Super Senior: ~6200 yards
Legend: ~5900 yards
Grand Master: ~5600 yards
Monday, February 12: Registration starting approximately 10:30 a.m. Please register to pick up your tee gift. Practice Round will be a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. on the Panther Lake Course. Lunch will be provided prior to the Practice Round.
Tuesday, February 13: Tee Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st tee on the Panther Lake Course. Lunch provided after play.
Wednesday, February 14: Tee Times beginning at 7:30 a.m. from the 1st tee on the Crooked Cat Course. Lunch provided after play.
Thursday, February 15: Shotgun Start beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the Panther Lake Course. Lunch on your own.
Points available: WAGR Points, SOS Points, Amateurgolf.com Points and Golfweek Points
Prize Fund: $125 per player
Lodging Options: Lodging is available at the Orange County National Lodge for $159/night. Please call the Lodge directly to make reservations.

Refund Policy: Once an entry has been officially filed a withdrawal fee of $150 shall apply. Withdrawals within 30 days of round one shall incur an additional fee of $100. Withdrawals within 7 days of round one shall only receive a partial refund if the spot is filled. If the spot is unfilled, the player forfeits his entire entry fee. Entries withdrawn after 12:00AM of tournament practice day will forfeit the entire entry fee.
